Our MissionJan Hosea & Associates is an organization of professionals dedicated to strengthening non-profit organizations through staff and volunteer training/coaching, non-profit management theory(s), board development education/training, and implementation of appropriate fund raising techniques/assessment. We embrace the Code of Ethical Principles and Standards of Professional Practice established by the Association of Fund Raising Professionals to which we all belong. Company ProfileAs specialists in general non-profit management, Jan Hosea & Associates (JHA) was established in 1998 and incorporated in 2000 with goals of serving smaller non-profits in New Mexico. JHA has three principal officers and two associates and has served over 30 organizations in the last eight years.We will gladly work with you in answering questions and developing strategies that can make your non-profit successful! About Jan Hosea Jan Hosea has been involved with non-profit organizations all of her life, and she is currently Regional Development Officer for the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation. She has 40 years experience in non-profit management and fundraising, including several leadership positions with the Association of Fundraising Professionals and many volunteer trustee and directorship positions. Jan was recently honored by the New Mexico Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals at their Annual National Philanthropy Day Luncheon as their "Outstanding Fundraising Professional" for 2008.
